How do I get a tax-exempt receipt?
All cash donations are tax-deductible. Please email your bank-in slip with your full name and IC number to finance@shelterhome.org.
Can I visit the children today?
To ensure the safety and privacy of our children, all visits must be scheduled at least 3 working days in advance.
What is the minimum age to volunteer?
Volunteers must be 18 years and older. However, students aged 16-17 may participate with parental consent for specific events.
Do you accept used clothing?
We only accept used items that are in excellent condition. Please call our PJ office first to check if we have storage space.
Are you a government-funded home?
No, Shelter Home is an independent NGO. We rely 100% on the generosity of the public and corporate sponsors.
Can I sponsor a specific child?
Yes, through our Child Sponsorship Program. Your monthly contribution will cover their education, health, and personal needs. Contact us for details.
